The Halton Black History Awareness Society is pleased to welcome you to our HBHAS Holiday Party on Saturday Nov. 30, 2024 at 8 p.m. at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 60 (828 Legion Rd, Burlington, ON).

The Blackburn Brothers will provide the soundtrack for a lively night of soul, funk, and blues.

The HBHAS Holiday Party brings together Halton leaders, the HBHAS team and volunteers with sponsors, community/ festival project partners, and the general public.

Blackburn Brothers

The Blackburn Brothers, a world class blues and soul band, was introduced to music through their bluesman father Bobby Dean Blackburn who was awarded the Mississauga Walk of Fame.

​

“The Blues that the Blackburn Brothers create is part of their inheritance, and always about a message of history, freedom, legacy, family, Black unity, and love.”
